Dr. Green is the owner of Green Enterprizes, a counseling, consulting and training firm, established in 1983.

Green Enterprizes provides counseling to assist individuals, couples, families and groups in promoting greater self understanding, enhanced relationships and improved capacity for personal and collective development.    

                                                                               ​​                                               Specialty areas offered at Gr​een Enterprizes include relationship issues, co-dependency concerns and adult children challenges.                                                                                       

 

Green Enterprizes offers counseling services to those seeking help with grief and loss, trauma, stress management or equity (gender ethnic,age, ability status( issues in the workplace. ​

 

Green Enterprizes also provides clinical supervision for agencies and individuals seeking the supervision services of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Dr. Green uses the "Sankofa" approach in counseling and in consulting.  The Sankofa Bird is an ancient, African, mythical bird, that flies forward while looking backward.  This is a reminder that we need to remember our past, while examining the present and looking toward the future.
