Cultural Competency Consulting
Cultural Competency Consulting is a primary focus at Green Enterprizes. Services may include: Conducting a Diversity Audit, Assisting in the Development and Implementation of a Diversity Team, Provision of Diversity Resources, Assistance in the Development of a Cultural Competency Program, Plan or and/or Diversity Evaluation.

 

Leadership Development
Maximizing leadership services is a critical aspect of consulting at Green Enterprizes.  Strategies for empowering volunteers, board members and/ or staff and employees are provided by a team of consultants.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision of those providing counseling services to individuals, couples, families and groups is offered using evidence based practices.  Areas such as addictions, domestic violence, depression and maximizing individual functioning are among those addressed.  Those seeking to acquire licensing are also supervised by Dr. Green who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (L.M.F.T.).
