CONSULTING TRAINING COUNSELING Green Enterprizes provides consulting primarily in the areas of diversity, leadership development and program evaluation. Diversity Consulting is a primary focus at Green Enterprizes. Services may include Conducting a Diversity Audit, Assisting in the Development and Implementation of a Diversity Team, Provision of Diversity Resources, Assistance in the Development of a Diversity Program, Plan or and/or Diversity Evaluation. Leadership Development Maximizing leadership services is a critical aspect of consulting at Green Enterprizes. Strategies for empowering volunteer, board and/or paid staff are provided by a team of consultants. Program Evaluation Methods for program review, evaluation, and planning are available. Program Evaluation of youth programs continues to be a major focus at Green Enterprizes. Other training services are offered at Green Enterprizes primarily in the areas of Management & Staff Development, and Communication Skills. Management & Staff Development Management & Staff Development Services include: (1) Management Skills for the 2005 Workplace, (2) Team Building 101, 102, (3) Personal & Organizational Renewal, and (4) Servant Leadership. Communication Skills Communication Skills workshops include: (1) Effective Conflict Resolution, (2) Talking across Cultures, (3) Appreciating Differences in Learning Styles. Additional workshops that are available include: (1) Stress Management, (2) Early Adolescent Development, and (3) Time Management. Other workshops are available on request. Green Enterprizes provides counseling to assist individuals, couples, families and groups in promoting greater self understanding, enhanced relationships and improved capacity for personal and collective development. Specialty areas offered at Green Enterprizes include relationship issues, co-dependency concerns and adult children challenges. Green Enterprizes also provides counseling services to those seeking help with grief and loss, stress management or equity (gender, ethnic, age, ability status) issues in the workplace.
