Training by Green Enterprizes Primary Diversity Training Services include: (1) Cultural Competency 101, 102; (2) Diversity Dimensions, and (3) Team Building. Other workshops are also available. I. Cultural Competency Cultural Competency 101 In this workshop participants review a host of dimensions of culture, evaluate individual cultural competency skills and receive information regarding cultural similarities and differences. Cultural Competency 102 Participants evaluate work with students, clients, or customers, using a "cultural lens." Case studies are used to identify useful strategies and practices that might be offensive.
