Company Overview
This Counseling, Consulting, and Training Division
was founded in 1983 and
currently employs 6 therapists who counsel individual, couples, family, and group sessions, in
marriage, parenting, relationship, family, self-esteem, employment, drug and
alcohol counseling. The current
client base ranges in age from 5 to 85 years of age.
Dr. Jacqualyn F. Green, president of this division, consults nationally in the
areas of time management, stress reduction, program and staff development,
crisis planning, employee evaluation, executive board development, preparation
for change, and empowerment of people. Dr. Green has been awarded the Sagamore of the
Wabash for exemplary service to diverse communities.
She
has been cited in several national magazines for her involvement with the Lilly
Endowment Leadership Program.
Jackie earned her doctorial degree (Ph.D.) in Social Work at Indiana University. In December 1998, Dr. Green became the first person to
earn a doctorial degree in Social Work in the history of that
institution. This division also provides training programs that address issues of substance abuse, special concerns of women, communications, and board development. Dr. Green has conducted diversity workshops abroad in Egypt, Canada, and Jamaica. Workshops in the United States have been offered in Hawaii, California, Nevada, Florida, Georgia, New Orleans, Texas, Tennessee, Minnesota, Missouri, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Kentucky, Illinois, and throughout her home state of Indiana. The Publications Division was established in 2005. This division of Green Enterprizes handles material and products such as the "Spiritual Resilience" book and our "Diversity Training Manual".

Green Enterprizes aims to increase understanding,
develop leadership capacity, and promote individual and collective growth with
an ultimate goal of contributing to increased equity within organizations and
throughout society at large. Green Enterprizes seeks to provide a forum for
dialogue and ongoing learning regarding complex issues, in an environment that
fosters acceptance, openness and honesty.
